ESSO in Russia, one of the largest international shoe retailers, implemented the modern Mirapolis Learning Management System system of distance learning (SDL). Practice of use of personnel trainings in ECCO, including using SDO, shows sales increase to 20% within the next month after carrying out obucheniye.

Use of dominant technologies in the field of training is caused by tough standards of service of buyers and personnel recruitment in ECCO across all Russia.

To Mirapolis LMS system implementation in ECCO there was a number of methodical materials in printing and in electronic types. However, training, usually independent, did not give the expected effect. Quality improvement and efficiency required direct communication with the lecturer. Besides, specialists of department of training regularly left to regions for holding the training actions that considerably increased the total costs of this process (only in Russia at ECCO more than 300 sales points).

Now in a system train, first of all, sellers, cashiers, administrators and directors of shops. Implementation of rates for a warehouse and office personnel is in the long term planned. The potential scope of audience of SDO should make about 1,500 people. Besides, the company will increase the frequency of the training actions and to increase their quality (at the same time without increasing the number of employees of department of training) and also to perform operational group online interaction of divisions at the solution of the current tasks.
