Lukoil automated innovation management

In September, 2013 it became known that the Lukoil oil and gas company implemented Support system of innovations and communications (SPIK) in Blok of oil processing, gas processing and petrochemistry based on solutions of Microsoft.

Project Progress

The support system of innovations and communications works at Microsoft SharePoint the Server platform which allows to implement different portal solutions, to organize joint work of user groups and also it is convenient to manage data and to integrate other software products into corporate network. For information visualization on the website it is used Microsoft Visio – the solution which helps to provide graphically data from Microsoft Excel, SQL or lists of SharePoint and dynamically to display the changes arising in them online.

Result

The support system of innovations and communications (SPIK) covers more than 2700 employees from 18 organizations of the Lukoil group today. On the internal portal of the Company function a common information space where on pages of network (expert) groups on this or that direction of business there take place collective discussions of the existing problems (bottlenecks) with development of offers on their elimination and also exchange of experience and knowledge. This implementation allowed not only to increase the level of corporate culture, but also to receive economic benefits from implementation of the ideas of employees. Any employee having access to SPIK can participate in discussions, ask questions to experts and offer the ideas on increase in business performance. If the idea is perspective, then after its approval by experts and carrying out calculation of economic effect, it extends to all plants.
