Requirements "Sberbank insurance" to use of admissions of employees for authorization to the office equipment

The Sberbank Insurance insurance company, subsidiary company of Sberbank of Russia, announced in September, 2013 project completion on system implementation of the management of printing executed I-Teco companies based on YSoft SafeQ.

"The solution for our company should correspond to a number of such strict requirements as use of the existing magnetic admissions of employees for authorization when using of the office equipment, a possibility of creation of the unrolled reports on volume and cost of printing, work with certain models of printers, – Golubev Pavel, the Chief information officer of SK "Sberbank Insurance" tells. – All this, including efficiency and ease of use, the high level of fault tolerance, is present at the system created by I-Teco company.

According to terms of the contract with SK "Sberbank Insurance", the team of specialists of I-Teco designed and deployed the solution which core was a product YSoft SafeQ with wide feature set of printing and independent analytical services.

The project was executed in one month in several stages, included delivery and the MFP setup, creation of a system on the basis of YSoft SafeQ, installation of terminals of authorization, connection of users and also testing and transfer to commercial operation.

The system implemented by experts I-Teco gave to Sberbank Insurance company opportunities for expense optimization by means of reduction of volumes of "unnecessary printing", obtaining the unrolled reports on its volumes and cost. In addition, within the project delivery of the new office equipment which allowed to reduce number of devices without difficulties at ordinary users was performed.
