Voronezh branch 1C: The first BIT completed the project on business process optimization in Medglen LLC. Implementation of the software product "BIT. The MANAGEMENT of the MEDICAL CENTER" allowed to create the effective system of management at the enterprise. There was a possibility of automatic registration of specific industry transactions, formations of accompanying documents. The quantity of errors in accounting decreased, the efficiency of activity increased by 40%.

In the program functions are implemented: fast viewing load of specialists and equipment; automatic recording on acceptance; settlement by cash and bank transfer; storage and analysis of big arrays of information; control of expenditure of resources and so forth.

Medglen LLC is the medical center in Voronezh specializing in rendering services of a tomography.

Earlier account on financial and economic activities of firm was kept in separate bases, there was no unity of management information. It complicated the analysis of target indicators, slowed down process of preparation of the reporting.

The management of firm made the decision on implementation of an automated system with an industry bias. The choice fell on "BIT. MANAGEMENT of the MEDICAL CENTER". As partners in automation developers of a product – 1C specialists acted: The first BIT.

They performed installation of programs "BIT. MANAGEMENT of the MEDICAL CENTER" and "1C: Accounting 8", configured data exchange between them. All accounting data and information on clients were transferred to the new register. Users were trained.

Project Results:

  • The effective mechanism of management of relationship with patients is created, the customer base is optimized. Convenient means of search and data entry and also execution of documentation allow to perform quickly and unmistakably making an appointment. Needs of visitors allow to analyze an opportunity to enter data on the history of addresses and settlement in base and to offer the improved service.
  • Information on activity of divisions of the company is arranged, labor costs of administrative department are reduced. There was a possibility of work planning of offices, certain specialists and the equipment. Idle times and pads are excluded. Maintaining electronic medical records with a printability of results on each visit and a research helps to avoid paperwork and data loss.
  • In a system it is easy to monitor development of individual employees and to accrue the payroll by results.
  • Control of expenditure of resources helps to lower costs and to avoid regrading.
  • Transparency of work of the medical center: formation of the operational reporting under financial results of work for any period, tracking of cash flows.
