Further it is going to give also a payment opportunity via the portal and commercial services: Housing and public utilities, online games, mobile communication, services of online stores, Internet service providers, remote acquisition of tickets for transport and others.
Authorization in "UEK-Online" is performed using UEC using the login and the password: details for access to personal account automatically appear after registration of a statement on release of UEC, as the login the Insurance Number of Individual Ledger Account of the citizen is used. Besides, for authorization it is possible to use an account on the Uniform portal of state services.
In "UEC" note that will be able to make payments on the portal both holders of the universal electronic card, and the clients using other means of payment: maps of international payment systems, systems of Internet banking, e-wallets, etc. At the time of pilot start of the portal payment on it can be made through "Dengi@mail.Ru".
An opportunity to certify on the portal electronic transactions and agreements using the strengthened qualified electronic signature should become the additional function of the portal available to holders of UEC. As envisioned by developers, the citizen should have an opportunity in "one contact" to sign the agreement and at once to pay service.
Agreements of tourist service, insurance contracts – KASKO, the insurance which is going abroad will act as the pilot agreements signed electronically.
It should be noted that directly for launch the functionality of the portal was very limited, as well as information on services for many regions. For Moscow, in particular, it is absent at all.
In "UEC" note that for launch on the portal information on details of service providers from 40 subjects of Russia is placed, and further their number will grow.
