Automation of Stierlitz restaurant city of Cheboksary

SMART LLC (the regional partner ASTOR) in July, 2013 the city of Cheboksary based on the software product "ASTOR completed the works on automation of beer restaurant "Stierlitz": Lite restaurant".

The Stierlitz restaurant is the next project of the owner. Operational accounting in all institutions is kept in "ASTOR: Restaurant". For opening of new restaurant the management made the decision to update the software and stopped the choice on "ASTOR: Lite restaurant" (1C: Enterprise platform 8.2).

One of the factors which influenced the choice of the program "ASTOR: The Lite restaurant", is the fact that that in this program there is a data exchange between 1C: Accounting 8.2 and terminals in a client zone. It is very convenient during the work with remote objects when front-office and back-office are deleted from each other. Further transfer of all objects of the owner to the new software, with uniform centralized operation is planned.

Functionality of a system: A system allows to automate a full stroke of transactions of the waiter-cashier. The accounting of work of restaurant implemented in the program supports all transactions connected with purchase, storage and sale of goods, purchase and processing of semi-finished products, preparation and implementation of dishes and, connected with these transactions, settlement with buyers and suppliers.

Also in a system the possibility of multicorporate accounting is implemented. Except operational accounting "ASTOR: The restaurant" contains the integral unit of accounting.

Qualified employees of SMART LLC (the regional partner ASTOR) made personnel training, setup and installation of a retail store equipment.

All works on automation of restaurant were completed in the mildest terms, start of restaurant took only two days, thanks to harmonious and competent work of personnel of the customer and the staff of SMART LLC company. Thus, after commissioning of the new software product the restaurant staff provided to clients the high level of service at once.
