Tsygankov Konstantin

Tele2, the alternative mobile operator, in September, 2013 announced Konstantin Tsygankov's appointment to a position of the regional manager of the director of Tele2 Kamchatka.

As the company executive Konstantin Tsygankov will be responsible for strategic and operational management of business of Tele2 in Kamchatka Krai. Konstantin Tsygankov's task as the regional manager of the director to save and increase the current growth rates of the operator in Kamchatka Krai, to increase a coverage and capacity of network, to develop a distribution network in the region.

Konstantin Tsygankov was born on July 29, 1973 in Khabarovsk. In 1995 graduated from faculty of foreign languages of the Khabarovsk state pedagogical university, in 1998 - law department of the Khabarovsk state academy of economy and the right. In 2006 was trained within the Presidential program of management training in a management.

Konstantin has experience of managerial work. There passed the way from the regional representative of the foreign company to the director of the regional center of federal bank. From 2006 to 2013 worked in Russky Standart Bank Ltd at positions of the head of department of sales of the Khabarovsk regional center and the director of representative office of bank in Khabarovsk. Since September, 2013 holds a position of the regional manager of the director of Tele2 Kamchatka. He is married, brings up the son and the daughter.
