The St. Petersburg branch of First BIT started the project on business process automation within upgrade of a management system of the oldest wine enterprise "Sparkling wines".
During the project implementation and setup of the software products providing use of the advanced methods of the integrated planning will be carried out.
"Sparkling wines" – one of the largest wine-making enterprises of Russia conducting the history since 1876. Products of the company are presented at the Russian and foreign markets. Presence of own production capacities allows to control quality of products at all stages: from its creation before implementation.
The project assumes development of IT infrastructure of the enterprise of the customer, and is aimed at improvement of planning processes and management. The expected scale of automation - more than 100 jobs.
Project Tasks:
- optimize processes of management of supply chains by completion of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program used in firm.
- create the effective system of budget management by means of implementation of the cross-industry solution of First BIT – "BIT .FINANS".
