The TopS BI company (file) completed an implementation project of a personnel management system on the basis of Oracle HRMS, Oracle E-Business Suite entering a complex of business applications, in the Moscow Corporate center of the largest gold mining enterprise of Russia of Polyus Gold. The project was initiated by the management within creation of the unified information system of enterprise management.

A HRM system is designed to increase efficiency of operating activities on personnel management, to implement a possibility of consolidation and information analysis about personnel resources in the conditions of emergence of new territorially remote branches and divisions of the company.

Functionally connected modules Oracle HRMS - Oracle Human Resources (Personnel management), Oracle Payroll (Settlings with personnel), Oracle Time & Labor (Time keeping and calculation of labor costs) became a basis of the solution.

During implementation necessary functional expansions of a personnel subsystem were developed and its full compliance is provided to the Russian legislation. A number of completions was directed to increase in convenience and efficiency of users.

The developed system provides formation and maintaining the staff list, storage of the complete information about employees, reflection of movement of the personnel, payroll. The basic functionality of a system – maintaining organizational and official hierarchy of the company, an opportunity if necessary to make changes, to receive the report forms regulated by the legislation – is implemented based on the module "Personnel management". Problems of information management of planning and use of working time are solved using the module "Time keeping". Conducting calculations and salary payments, accomplishment of the tasks connected with activity of the divisions performing settlement functions is provided with the module "Settlings with Personnel".

In frames of the project solutions for further development of functionality of a system and also for connection to the integrated personnel management system of other divisions of the company were developed. Procedures of converting of data from the used applications and databases in a new HRM system are worked out.

In October, 2006 a system was put into operation. The additional information about implementation - quantity of the automated jobs, structure of the implemented modules OEBS in addition to HRMS, project terms, - the company is not disclosed with reference to requirements of the customer about maintaining confidentiality.
