The Nautilus IT company completed the next stage of control automation based on a corporate system of Microsoft Dynamics NAV in "The Irkutsk glass company".

The necessity of implementation of the ERP platform was caused by rapid development of the company and concerns of the management to lose controllability business. During the preliminary analysis it became clear that the standard functionality of the selected system covered about 80% of requirements of the company.

Improvement of a financial analysis, operational management of purchases, sales and pricing became the main objectives of the first stage of the project. The sales department, accounting and a warehouse were joint on the basis of the general information system. Single information input and automation of daily routine transactions, according to the customer, released resources for accomplishment by employees of analytical activity. The management received the tool for control of a margin, cost value and sales amounts of products, calculation of financial performance.

Within the second stage there was an automated management of production and production capacities. At the moment a system allows to keep all regulatory base (goods, specifications of products, production capacities, process flows). Products configurator allowing to create automatically at the time of order placement a product card, its specification and a process flow is developed. The mechanism of calculation of terms defines date of production and delivery of products. Cost accounting is performed by products and orders.

Automatically the volume schedule of production, the plan for purchase of materials on the basis of orders of sales, the production plan forms. The solution provides limitation of capacities, plans their uniform loading and also allows to redistribute works. Based on planning the works order on change forms. The accounting of execution of operations is carried out right after the actual execution of each task. Nalazhden data exchange of the ERP system with the program for glass cutting optimization.

Now at the enterprise works on accounting of barcodes on production and support of work with data collection terminals are conducted. Implementation of subsystems on management of transport logistics, payroll and the organization of work via the web portal is in the long term planned.
