On September 16, 2013 the URALSIB Bank, IBM company and GlowByte Consulting company announced implementation of a complex of solutions of IBM which allowed to improve multistage cross-channel marketing campaigns of Bank.
The bank with special care approached the choice of the new marketing platform and as a result of the held competition, on set of functional, utilization properties and cost selected the IBM Enterprise Marketing Management platform, the automation system of marketing campaigns. Integrator the GlowByte Consulting company, as one of the first in Russia received the status of the official partner of IBM corporation in the solutions Enteprise Marketing Management acted.
Joint work of a team of specialists of Bank, GlowByte Consulting and IBM allowed to implement the full-fledged marketing platform for several months – to construct a data mart based on corporate information storage and also to successfully go through all stages of the Russia's first implementing solutions IBM Unica Campaign in the conditions of change of business processes of marketing on the party of Bank.
By estimates of URALSIB Bank of investment into this project paid off within the first three months of operation of a system.
Implementing solutions of IBM in Bank was complete in March, 2013. Further expansion of number of communication channels with clients, namely connection of the website and Internet bank is planned. The plans of Bank are also further improvement of practice of target marketing and increase in its effectiveness due to formation of offers to clients in real time when the client himself addresses to office of Bank, makes a call to the center for customer service or comes on the website. Also the URALSIB Bank increases effectiveness of marketing campaigns at the expense of deeper analysis of transaction history of a customer behavior, their requirements and according to providing more timely offers.
