Project of automation of accounting and management accounting of "Cyrus Plastinin Manufaktura"

On September 17, 2013 assino company and "Cyrus Plastinin Manufaktura" declared project completion of automation of financial and managerial accounting of the Russian production of the brand placed in the city of Ozyory, the Moscow region.

The Kira Plastinina brand opened the first own production in Russia in October, 2012. The factory in Lakes allows to control completely all stages of work and provides 100% of requirement of the LUBLU Kira Plastinina collection and 15% of Kira Plastinina. Primary automation of the enterprise was made based on the software product "by 1C: Management of manufacturing enterprise 8". However soon the specifics of work of the enterprise demanded additional setup and completion of a system. As the contractor the assino company, including, thanks to the experience of automation of unique business processes in the field of production was selected.

The project was successfully complete in the delivered terms and kept within a budget framework. At the first stage setup of accounting and tax accounting, the procedure of payroll and personnel management was made. Significantly the number of manual postings which potentially could lead to errors in the reporting decreased.

Also specialists of assino created the module for accounting of the credits, loans and charge of percent on them. Personnel training allowed to pass to effective work with a new system quickly. At the second stage of works management accounting was automated.
