Novosibirsk Chemical Concentrates Plant (TVEL) of NZHK (SAP Business Suite)

GMCS (file) started creation of a resource management system of the enterprise based on the SAP solutions Business Suite on Novosibirsk Chemical Concentrates Plant, one of leading manufacturers of nuclear fuel for nuclear power stations of Russia and the abroad.

The TVEL corporation which part "NZHK" is undertakes large-scale reforms in the area of both technology equipment, and management of the enterprises entering into its structure now. As the uniform standard for creation of a corporate system of management of production resources the corporation selected the software of SAP. A general contractor of project works of creation of a corporate information system is "TVEL-Invest-Technology".

The implemented ERP system is designed to provide reliability and relevance of information necessary for the choice of priority activities and investment of means into modernization and development of production. For this purpose all information flows should be standardized and united in a single system of resource management of the enterprise.

Automation will cover planning processes, production managements, stocks and sale and also operations on all logistics chain of the enterprise. For formation of the consolidated statements about indicators of activity of the plant the integrated system of accounting, tax and management accounting will be constructed.

Within the project design, configuring, testing and input in productive operation of a new information system will be executed. It is expected that project implementation will take one year.
