The building of the Data processing center — brick, separate, is located in the territory enclosed with a concrete fence. The total area of the territory is 1.735 hectares.

In the main building there are two computer halls of 289 and 269 sq.m. expected 148 and 133 is resistant - places respectively. Computer halls are structurally executed in the form of pressurized zones ("the house in the house") from sandwich panels.

Construction of the third hall, in the form of the certain building built near the operating DPC is begun. The hall will be expected 90 racks.

Raised floor height in halls (level of a clean floor) is 660 mm. The part of the building of DPC is separated into 2 floors, in this part office, household and auxiliary spaces are equipped (including a workshop, the premises of protection, the gas extinguishing installation).

Power supply of the Data processing center

  • Power supply of DPC is organized with reservation according to scheme 2N;
  • The electric power from the city moves on two cable entries on two reducing transformers;
  • Uninterruptible power supply units there is APC-MGE Galaxy 7000 (500 kVA), on 4 UPSes on each hall;
  • A power supply to each rack moves on 2 beams;
  • Power distributing in halls is executed in ladder trays under a raised floor;
  • Capacity of UPS batteries is expected a power supply of client racks and information infrastructure of DPC within 6 minutes (time, with a large supply sufficient for launch of diesels);
  • The guaranteed power supply is provided with four Wilson diesel generator sets (DGS) in container execution, with a reserve capacity of 1250 kVA, working for the combined bus that provides the level of reservation of DGU 3+1;
  • Oil and antifreeze of diesels reside in the warmed-up status thanks to what DGU are constantly ready to start (time of start-up and an exit to the mode — less than 1 minute);
  • The fuel tanks of diesel generators are expected 6 working hours, at the same time the agreement on operational delivery of diesel fuel is signed that will allow to ensure functioning of DPC even at long-term failure of the city power supply network, at the same time a power supply will provide all engineering systems and office spaces of DPC.

Cold supply of DPC

The system of cold supply is constructed on the equipment of Hiref company. In computer halls precision double-circuit freon TADR1002 conditioners with the lower air supply are installed. The cooled air from conditioners moves under a raised floor and further, through perforated tiles of a raised floor, is blown in "cold" corridors between racks. Conditioners in halls are redundant according to scheme N+1 (one conditioner on the hall — reserve).

External condenser blocks (on two on each conditioner) are placed on the platform near the building.

Complex of Technical Security

In premises of DPC the integrated system of protection ORION of production of BOLID company (Russia) is installed. Sensors equip both perimeter, and doors of internal premises of DPC. After setting on protection of sensors (all sensors of DPC, or sensors which are in the selected premises or single sensors) a system begins to control their status. At operation of the sensor the sound report which is duplicated by visual means is given. The message about operation of the sensor registers in the system magazine.

Access control in the territory of a data processing center is provided with a control and management system for access with contactless cards as personal identifiers. On an input in DPC the lock premises are organized. On the doors equipped by the ACS (an input in DPC, a door to computer halls and to other important premises), an anchor part, and on a door frame — a case part of the AL-300 Premium electromagnetic lock of production of ROKSA ENTRANS®LLC is established. On a signal from a fire alarm system all doors will automatically be unblocked for free evacuation of personnel.

The system of security video surveillance of DPC provides:

  • the round-the-clock observation of a situation in premises and adjacent territories;
  • transfer and output to monitors of posts of protection and telecommunication equipment room of the video image of protected areas;
  • the round-the-clock record of video images of protected areas on digital video recorders with indication of time, date, number of the video camera;
  • output to automated workplaces of posts of protection of the archived video image of protected areas on teams of operators of KTB;
  • simultaneous output of the current video images and archive video images of protected areas on automated workplaces of posts of protection on teams of operators of KTB;
  • priority output to monitors of posts of protection of video images from the video cameras working in the disturbing mode;
  • the automatic notification of the operator of KTB in case of fault of a system;
  • automatic synchronization of date and time of the equipment of SOT;
  • storage of videoarchives from cameras — of one month.
  • Stationary color IP video cameras of internal and external execution, digital writer devices, color video monitors are a part of a complex of devices of security video surveillance. At the request of the client installation of additional video cameras in halls is possible.

The agreement is signed with Federal State Unitary Enterprise Okhrana of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation ("The disturbing button").

Automatic installation of gas fire extinguishing

Machine halls of DPC are protected by the automatic installation of gas fire extinguishing intended for early detection of the center of ignition, signal output about the fire and automatic suppression. As fire extinguishing substance freon 125 which is stored in FEMG (fire extinguishing module gas) modules is accepted. A fire extinguishing method — volume, by filling of the protected premises with freon 125 vapors before creation of fire extinguishing concentration. The smoke sensors placed in a working space of the hall and under a raised floor are used to detection of fire in the protected premises. Installation is controlled the security and fire POCA-2SL device.

Structured cabling system and local computer network

Trays of SCS in computer halls are located under a ceiling.

The switching equipment of SCS and active equipment of the local computer network (LCN) is mounted in 19-inch mounting cabinets and racks which are established in two computer halls of DPC. In the switching centers (SC) of halls cabinets of NetShelter™ SX 42 RU high and production of APC 750 mm wide in which fiber-optical patch panels, cable organizers and the LAN switches are placed are used. Switches of halls and horizontal distributing are completely duplicated, the user cabinet connects to each of two switches in CC the line of 1 Gbps.

The DPC on Korovinskoye Highway is connected by fiber optic communication lines to DataLine communication hub on platform MMTS-10 (own cable of 16 fibers) and DPC of DataLine on Pine-forest. In the building two independent telecommunication inputs are arranged. For placement of a communication equipment the open 19-inch racks located in computer halls near hitches of telecommunication input are provided. Kanalizatsiionny inputs to the building from wells of MGTS belong to DataLine. In need of circuit bandwidth from DPC on Pine-forest it can be expanded by use of the available CWDM PacketLight consolidation equipment (to 80 Gbps), either lease or purchase of additional optical fibers.

For communication provision of services to clients of DPC there is a necessary set of licenses.
