Rezmetkon (1C: Enterprise 8.2)

Automation of accounting and production accounting at the JSC Rezmetkon enterprise based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 program is complete

The administration of JSC Rezmetkon decided to purchase software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" for automation of one of the largest enterprises in the south of Russia. Existence of the following functionality was the main criteria when choosing a system: accounting and tax accounting, budgeting, personnel records, payroll calculation. In total 30 jobs were automated.

The following works were performed:

• analysis of business processes and development of Technical specifications;
• user training is provided;
• elementary education of key users;
• converting of data from software "1C: Payroll and Personnel 7.7", "1C: Trade and Warehouse 7.7" and "1C: Accounting 7.7".

The following departments were automated:

• sales department;
• personnel department;
• financial service;
• accounting.

The configuration is set without significant changes.

The following tasks were automated:

• accounting;
• tax accounting;
• Cash management;
• accounting of purchases;
• stock accounting;
• payroll;
• personnel management.

At the final stage of implementation of the project user training to work in the new software product is provided.
