MFC of the Tyumen region (Call center)

The LANIT company by the end of 2013 will complete the project on automation of the multifunction center (MFC) of the Tyumen region. Within the project the company will configure about 70 services, the portal of MFC network, Call center and the self-service terminal and also integrates MFC with a single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction, an information and analytical system of monitoring of quality of state services, a unified identification and authentication system, the state information system about the state and municipal payments and the universal electronic card. The first multifunction center in the city of Ishim is already open, in the Tyumen region 27 MFC are going to open all. It is one of the largest projects of LANIT on implementation of MFC in the last two years.
