Regional information center (housing and public utilities) of Sverdlovsk region (Billing Online)

JSC Regional Information Centre (JSC RITs) of Sverdlovsk region was created in July, 2010 for the organization of calculations for housing and communal services in the territory of Sverdlovsk region. It was going to create a common information space for the organizations of housing sector of Sverdlovsk region, to make charges for housing and communal services and payment processing of the population for housing and communal services.

As a technology platform the cloud settlement and analytical Internet system "Billing Online" was selected.

The head office of regional RITsa is to Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk region, in 2012 on service of 190,000 personal accounts, increase up to 1,500,000 LAN is planned.

The information letter from JSC RITs

JSC Regional Information Centre (JSC RITs) is created in 2010 as the regional operator performing charge of a payment for housing and communal services, acceptance, accounting and "splitting" of payments for residential and non-residential premises in scales of all region.

Sverdlovsk region is the large industrial region with the population 4.3 million people (more than 2 million personal accounts), the territory of the area is broken into 84 municipal entities.

Considering scale of a task, JSC RITs looked for the solution which would allow to work steadily and progressively at all territory of Sverdlovsk region with such information volume.

JSC RITs stopped on Billing Online technology.

The information system is unrolled and functions in the Data processing center of JSC RITs. The architectural concepts and web technologies which are the cornerstone of the solution "Billing Online" allow to administer, first, a system from one center, but not to keep staff of system administrators on each remote section and in each RITs branch of JSC, secondly, to control all processes of charge and management of cash flows of one center.

At the same time hundreds of employees of JSC RITs work in the information system "Billing Online", being in the workplaces in municipal entities of Sverdlovsk region.

Use the Internet as a component of internal business processes of the enterprise, allows to increase efficiency of the enterprise significantly. Stability of work and dynamic development of the information system "Billing Online" on the one hand and enthusiasm of staff of JSC RITs allows us to cope with any tasks which are set by the market of housing sector.
