The company was founded in December, 2006.

In December of the 2007th the first was open and the biggest in Ukraine and in Europe supermarket of Good Wine wine, of 1200 sq.m.

In August of the 2014th the Good Wine retail network addressed the president and the prime minister of Ukraine with the open letter, having accused the Security Service of Ukraine of corruption pressure. The Security Service of Ukraine included the company in the list of sanctions — for the fact that three years ago she sent excise stamps not directly to producers, but — and allegedly did not pay to the logistic company the excise tax. Retailers were perplexed: the tax is paid upon purchase of excise stamps, but not at their sending.

As the co-owner of network Vladimir Shapovalov told Medusa, thanks to media the problem managed to be solved, without having paid hryvnias in the form of bribes to the staff of the SSU who suggested "resolve issues on site before". "The authorities began to react to such things, it is necessary to pay them tribute" — the entrepreneur argues. According to Shapovalov, to corruption in Ukraine, in general, there was less though high-quality changes not to call it. "At the former power we [at all] could not speak about the corruption facts aloud. Now we dared it to tell" — Shapovalov^[1] says^[1].
