The data center "Infosoft" (file) from Novosibirsk completed system implementation "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" at Favourite Factory which is engaged in production of fat-and-oil products.
The decision on control automation was made by production in 2006. Creation of a common information space is intended to provide operating control of the movement of company assets, to automate accomplishment of manual settlement transactions, to reduce document flow.
Now the implemented system supports a full stroke of accounting, from purchase of raw materials before shipment of finished goods, including cost accounting of multiconversion production and also planning of sales processes, production and purchases, budgeting, operational planning, control of cash flow, control of overdue receivables, personnel management, work of forwarding department, management of maintenance of the equipment, marketing and CRM.
In a system the staff of sales department, department of supply, production workshop, department of the chief technologist, a warehouse, finance division, accounting and also forwarding department works. In total 30 jobs are automated.
By the customer's estimates, thanks to implementation the company had an opportunity to timely reveal negative factors in work of the enterprise and to influence quickly them using such tools as management of overdue receivables, the plan-fact analysis of sales, control of a remaining balance of products and raw materials within regulations. There was an opportunity to precisely distribute costs that increased transparency of structure of product cost.
To managers of sales department a system helps with a foreground mode to see the predicted remaining balance of finished goods in warehouses which are calculated on the basis of the current stock balance, the arrived requests from buyers and also operating plans of production. In department of supply control of the entering raw material prices on compliance to the contractual conditions recorded in specifications is exercised.
For optimization of work with outlets and sales representatives the multidimensional analysis on retail networks, outlets and sales representatives of the company is implemented. A number of tools is developed for planning of repair of a production equipment, drawing up estimate documentation, the analysis of accidents and idle times.
For automation of forwarding department the separate subsystem which allows to distribute requests of buyers on runs (taking into account vehicle loading capacity) was developed and implemented, to appoint delivery drivers, to print waybills and necessary accompanying documents.
Further development of a system provides expansion of functionality of customer relationship management, lot-based accounting of finished goods.
