The Ural State University of Railway Transport selected VideoMost

The Russian company SPIRIT implemented the project on implementation of the software product for multipoint web video conferences of VideoMost in the Ural State University of means of communication (URGUPS).

The product for web video conferences of VideoMost integrated 10 branches of the university dispersed on the different cities. VideoMost was purchased for holding video meetings of non-management employees of the university with the colleagues in branches. Implementation of program VKS changed the speed, availability and efficiency of interaction of staff of the university on scientific and administrative questions.

VideoMost was integrated with the hardware complex which is already set at the university for a video conferencing which intended for use mainly by administration of URGUPS. Thanks to acquisition of the inexpensive VideoMost software product non-management employees of higher education institution purchased an opportunity to participate in multipoint HD video conferences along with leadership team.

For the choice of VKS comparison of software of VideoMost with the leading foreign software products for VKS was carried out. Preference was given to high-quality video and a voice which VideoMost provided in the systems of multipoint communication even on unstable Internet channels in regions. An opportunity to show during presentation video conference, a desktop and also convenience of joint work with documents became demanded functionality of the software product in educational process and at joint study of organizational issues.
