Remvooruzheniye begins the complex project of automation

On September 24, 2013 the West Concept company announced the beginning of a complex implementation project of corporate ERP systems on the 1C Platform in JSC Remvooruzheniye.

Project Tasks

Accomplishment of the state defense orders (SDO) - an important factor of influence on activity of the company. The management of JSC Remvooruzheniye at determination of the new purposes for accomplishment of GOZ organized the complex project of automation. The choice of the ERP system for the solution of necessary tasks fell on systems to the 1C Platform.

"We set the object, to provide by means of automation systems efficiency of accomplishment of state defense orders, their cost control and directly accomplishment terms. Having analyzed a number of systems which are available in the market, stopped on solutions of 1C company. In the market brand 1C has positive reputation, is ground under the Russian business, besides the functionality fully meets our expectations", - Natalya Ryabova the chief accountant of JSC Remvooruzheniye noted.

Project Progress

project implementation is broken into three stages:

• within the first stage process automation of accounting and tax accounting, management of settlement, accounting of Inventories and other processes based on 1C: Accounting 8 is planned.

• system implementation for personnel records and payroll – 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 will become the next step.

• in completing a stage – system implementations Treasury and debugging of system configurations based on 1C regarding control and purchase management.

The planned quantity of the automated jobs - 50.
