Intaleks group of companies (TRIM-PMS)

The Intaleks group started use of the software package TRIM-Planned Maintenance System as a management system for maintenance and repairs (MRO) of the operated buildings. System implementation was carried out with assistance of specialists of Aytiem company. The Intaleks group is engaged in rendering the services connected with management and operation of the real estate.

At the initial stage of implementation of an EAM system by the supplier of the solution the five-day training course was conducted. Further the customer's specialists were engaged in project implementation. The client purchased three user licenses.

Accounting items of a system are the engineering systems of buildings – power supply, water supply, heat supply, ventilation and conditioning, fire extinguishing. Users of an EAM system are the deputy CEO, the engineer and the manager.

Now in the EAM solution drawing up schedules of scheduled works on a MRO of the equipment which is on service maintenance, accounting of failures and defects, work planning on their elimination, accounting of unplanned works, works monitoring is conducted. Further expansion of the activity list and inclusion in them of a cleaning, improvement, reconstruction is planned.
