Tataisenergo (Tatarstan Automation and Communication of Energo) (IBM Maximo)

The OTR company will implement a management system for maintenance and repairs based on IBM Maximo Enterprise Suite in the Tataisenergo company entering into Tatenergo holding.

A system should be installed on all the electro-and heatgenerating objects of Tatenergo. The purpose of its implementation is cost minimization, connected with operation and repairs of fixed assets, and increase in efficiency of preventive actions.

The created solution should cover management of lifecycle of a production equipment; work planning on operation, reconstruction and replacement of fixed assets; order management on a MRO, including on the MTR resources and personnel; management of repair personnel and contractors; management of production warehouses and production personnel (in interaction with a system Parus); maintaining process charts of works according to regulations and standards; formation of plans and actions for security; information representation on a current status of fixed assets; creation of a single system of management of production document flow.

Project tasks also include creation of a system for management of the production purposes using KPI indicators and reporting, necessary for improvement of control of production processes.

The project is supposed to be separated into three stages. At the first stage the technical specifications will be created, at the second stage implementation and setup of basic functionality on accounting of the equipment, locations, defects, works on defects, deliveries of material resources, and also integration with ISU "Parus" is supposed. To the termination of the second stage a system should be installed on nine objects of the company. Implementation of other functionality of a system, including work planning, integration into the applications "Grandee Estimate", Microsoft Project should become the last, third stage.
