Orenburgremdorstroy optimizes management accounting

Company "1C: The first BIT" announced on September 30, 2013 project completion on optimization of a system managerial and accounting in state unitary enterprise of the Orenburg region Orenburgremdorstroy by means of implementation of the software product "BIT. Finance".

Project Objectives

Earlier in each branch of the company there was a separate information base. The products "1C: Accounting 7.7" and "1C: Accounting 8" were used. The separation of data did not allow to receive an objective picture about activity of divisions and business in general.

The management of the enterprise made the decision on implementation of the industry automated control system "BIT. Finance" and transition of all branches to the modern version of "1C: Accounting 8". Contractors of the project specialists of the company " acted as 1C: The first BIT".

Project Results

Processes of preparation of the accounting, tax and regulated records are optimized.

By means of "BITS. Finance" is created the system of treasury that allowed to manage financial flows effectively. Mechanisms of broadcast of managerial data, distributions and closings of accounts are implemented. Actual data are obtained in real time. The analysis of activity of the enterprise, assessment of profitability of separate projects is simplified, the reliability of forecasting increased. Costs for maintenance of automated systems in current status decreased.

The mechanism of the centralized collecting of managerial data which helps to control activity of 32 territorially separate branches is created.
