Company "1C:" announced the first BIT on September 30, 2013 project completion on optimization of a system managerial and accounting in state unitary enterprise of the Orenburg region Orenburgremdorstroy implementation of software "1C: Accounting 8".
Project Task
In branches of the company the separate information base was used. The 1C: Accounting 7.7 and 1C: Accounting 8 programs worked. The management of the enterprise made the decision on implementation of upgraded version of "1C: Accounting 8" and the industry automated control system "BIT. Finance". Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" took part in the project.
Project Results
Processes of preparation of the accounting, tax and regulated records are optimized. The mechanism of the centralized collecting of managerial data which helps to control activity of 32 territorially separate branches is created.
