"The condominium 22 mdt" automates accounting activity by profile software

According to "1C:VDGB" from 30 setyabrya 2013, the company completed the project of automation of activity of Condominium — 22 Mdt LLC implementation of the program "1C: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC".

Project Task

Into a field of activity "condominium – 22 mdt" are included a full range of services in service of apartment houses:

• management of housing stock;
• maintenance and service of buildings, constructions and equipment, territories;
• round-the-clock operation of dispatching service;
• service and cleaning of the house adjoining territory and common areas;
• acceptance and input of apartment houses in operation from the construction organizations;
• process management of the engineering systems of energy efficiency;
• signing of the contracts with the resource supplying companies and other adjacent organizations.

Project Progress

The company management came to need to optimize work of all services that the quantity of claims and complaints from the population decreased to a minimum, and functioning of the organization in general increased. The solution was found jointly with specialists of 1C:VDGB company who advised the software product "to 1C: Accounting in management companies of housing and public Utilities, Condominium and HCC". The program set in a short space of time and instructed the staff of Condominium — 22 Mdt LLC.
