"AR Cardboard" carried out migration of ISU of a MRO on version 3.9

The ARE Cardboard plant started implementation of the information management system maintenance and repairs (MRO ISU) based on the program and methodical TRIM-PMS complex developed on the basis of EAM/MRO system of TRIM. The ITM company is engaged in system implementation. The A&R Carton company specializes in production of folding cardboard boxes and technological solutions for polichromatic cardboard packaging. Products of the company are focused on such segments of the market as freshly frozen products, confectionery, instant products, beer and soft drinks, tobacco products and industrial goods.

Works on implementation of ISU of a MRO began at the plant located in Timashyovsk, Krasnodar Krai. The plant purchased three user licenses for department of the equipment. Specialists of the plant started independent implementation of ISU of a MRO.

Now filling of the database is begun with information on the equipment which is in operation. Specialists of integrator render consulting services to the customer. First of all such functions as drawing up scheduled plans of works on a MRO, accounting and the order of spare parts, accounting of failures and defects, work planning on their elimination, accounting of unplanned works, works monitoring will be automated.

Implementation is begun in December, 2009 and came to the end in 2010.

Project Results

On June 16, 2014 the ITM company announced completion of works on migration of ISU of a MRO on the version of TRIM-PMS 3.9.

In March, 2010 the enterprise purchased TRIM-PMS for the fourth user.

With project implementation the magazine of defects which was not included in the previous version of TRIM-PMS is available to the customer. New graphic report forms are implemented that will allow to analyze damageability of the equipment, to receive the decisions about the reasons of defects, to reveal the equipment giving the greatest deposit to a flow of defects, etc.

For June 16, 2014 in MRO ISU of the enterprise data on 60 items of equipment, about 1 thousand spare parts, about 9 thousand works are saved up. In a system there are about 70 images (drawings, schemes), about 100 documents (descriptions, instructions, etc.).
