AES Invest uses the automation equipment of management accounting

On October 2, 2013 specialists "1C: The first BIT" completed implementations of the industry software product " BIT.standard " at the AES Invest enterprise within the project of automation of management accounting.

Project Tasks

Earlier accounting in firm was conducted manually and by means of spreadsheets. In the course of collecting and data processing there were difficulties: it was difficult to perform their reconciliation, to approve documents, to create productive reports.

Project Progress

For optimization of work of accounting services the management of firm began a campaign of implementation of the automated control system for corporate assets "BIT. Finance.standard ".

Contractors of the project engineers of the company " acted as 1C: The first BIT". During the project they executed installation of a product, initial setup and provided consulting user support in the course of start of a system in operation.

Project Results

• The mechanism of the centralized collecting of requests is created.
• Vising of documents happens in the automatic mode.
• Process of formation of the register of payments and report generation is organized.
• Effective planning of the budget is provided.
