Media Markt transferred power supply infrastructure to outsourcing

On October 2, 2013 the Maykor group announced the beginning of works within the contract on ensuring work of a packing equipment of retail chain stores of Media Markt.

Project Progress

On outsourcing of Maykor the technical support of 250 units of a packing equipment is transferred in 51 outlets in all regions of presence of Media-Markt in Russia. Within the contract service engineers of Maykor carry out routine maintenance of the equipment, diagnostics and repair, according to requests of the customer on site of operation of the equipment.

"For effective work of large retail chain stores as Media-Markt, the efficiency of all processes connected with goods logistics including its packaging therefore we use a special packing equipment is important. We gave its technical support to outsourcing to Maykor as we want to receive equally high-quality services and in necessary volume in all shops of network" — Evgeny Pavlitsky, the head of department of operation of Media-Markt branches in Russia noted.

Project Development

On July 18, 2014 the MAYKOR company declared cooperation increase with Media Markt retail network adding of the service agreement of engineering infrastructure in 23 hypermarkets of network selling electronics and home appliances in the territory of Russia.

Project Tasks

In Media Markt hypermarkets several hundred units of the demonstration equipment – from TVs to smartphones at the same time work that means rather heavy load on the electric networks and requires observance of a certain temperature condition. Engineering infrastructure in shops should be the most reliable to provide not only normal conditions for storage and demonstration of work of goods, but also comfort of visitors who on average spend half an hour in Media Markt shops. For accomplishment of this task of MAYKOR executes all complex of actions for maintenance and repair of heating systems, ventilation, conditioning, the sewerage, water supply and power supply.

Project geography – the largest cities of the Central, Northwest, Southern and Siberian federal districts: Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Voronezh, Bryansk, Volgograd, Rostov-on-Don, Krasnodar, Orenburg and Krasnoyarsk.
