Biography
Born in the village of Vishur, Malopurginsky district, Udmurt Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
Secondary school in the village of Malaya Purga, Udmurt Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
Education

Career
In 1985-1996 - service in the armed forces of the USSR-Russian Federation in various positions in the strategic missile forces.
In 1997 - Head of the Department for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations - Deputy Head of the GO of the Leninsky District of the city of Izhevsk, Udmurt Republic.
In 1998-2002 - Head of the operational planning department, General Directorate for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Perm Region.
Since 2003 - Deputy Head of the Department (for Operational Issues) - Head of the Operational Department of the Main Directorate for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Perm Region.
Since 2004 - First Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia for the Perm Region.
From 2006 to 2009 - First Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia for the Perm Territory.
Since 2009 - Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia for the Orenburg Region.
In July 2009, he was appointed interim head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia for the Orenburg Region.
Since 2010 - Head of the Main Directorate for Civil Defense, Fire Safety and Emergency Situations of the Orenburg Region for the term of office of the Governor of the Orenburg Region.
By Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 435 "On Dismissal and Appointment to a Position in Some Federal State Bodies" of August 26, 2016, the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia for the Orenburg Region was relieved of his post.[1].
In October 2016, he received a new position - deputy head of the St. Petersburg University of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia[2]. Dismissed on seniority in 2019[3]
