Project Task
Within implementation of energy saving policy and actions for energy saving, one of strategic directions of activity of Belenergo - creation and maintenance of steady work of an automated system of control and electricity metering of interstate, intersystem overflows and generation (MMPG ASCAPC) of Republic of Belarus.
The MMPG ASCAPC is the large distributed automation object as a part of which: 32 objects of generation, 24 branches of the electric networks, 60 regions of the electric networks, more than 180 substations.
Basic function of the MMPG ASCAPC — accurate accounting and operating control by the consumed and transferred electric power, ensuring access to data retrieveds for the purpose of production of calculations, the analysis and development of effective energy saving policy.
Project Progress
The Tempesto company became the technical partner of GPO "Belenergo" regarding maintenance of steady functioning of an automated system. Within strategic cooperation the company delivered and brought the complete solution as a part of which 187 Delta Electronics UPSes of the Amplon family of a GAIA series with a power of 1-2 kVA into operation. Total power of the implemented sources was 374 kVA. The set single-phase sources provided continuous steady power supply of an ultimate load at interruptions in power supply.
"In the conditions of rise in price of energy resources and increase in their consumption effective remedies of control and the cost accounting on the electric power are of particular importance. In Republic of Belarus such tool is the multi-layer automated system of control and accounting of electrical energy which provides high quality of accounting of energy resources and efficiency of information on the current loading and also allows to reduce unforeseen losses of the electric power. In total it gives the chance to our customer to observe the set mode of production and admissible regulations of electricity consumption" — Leonid Gavrilov, the CEO of Tempesto Ltd noted.
