Home Credit and Finance Bank implemented the system of archiving

On October 8, 2013 the Kvorum company announced implementation in Home Credit bank of a system of electronic archive of bank documents "to Quorum. Electronic archive". The implementation project is carried out in February-April, 2011.

Project Tasks

For expense optimization, systematization and simplification of document storage the bank made the decision on the organization of electronic archive.

When choosing the solution the bank took into account not only the financial, but also technology party of a question.

Project Progress

The bank set tough standards for load time of documents in archive. For compliance to these standards the Kvorum company develops a special algorithm of multistream loading of documents. As a result of optimization of program algorithms according to the results of stress testing it was succeeded to reach the speed of archiving of 15 million documents in 7 hours.

"Home Credit is large retail bank that always means the large volume of printing document flow. The task to reduce number of printing documents was set for us" – Igor Vinogradov, the commercial director of Kvorum company told. – The complexity of the project was that KPI bank provided tough time frames of loading of documents in archive. At the same time it was necessary to combine KPI of the business customer on the speed of loading of documents in archive with requirements of IT service for fault tolerance of the solution. Compliance to this KPI demanded from us improvement of algorithms of a system for the organization of multistream loading of documents with preserving of high rates of fault tolerance. In the general opinion, this task was carried successfully out that does "Quorum. Electronic archive" one of the most high-speed and reliable solutions in the market".
