Career
From 2003 to 2013 Pagercom Chelyabinsk, since 2013 – the associate director of Pagercom company worked as the director of the company.
In October, 2013 it was appointed the Minister of information technologies and communications of Chelyabinsk region.
This appointment caused complaints from the public which were caused by activity of commercial firms to which Anton Sharikov was related. In particular, as reported regional editions, in March, 2013 the arbitration court of Chelyabinsk region declared Pagercom Chelyabinsk bankrupt.
According to case papers, productive activity of the enterprise for 2011-2012 was unprofitable, bankruptcy proceedings were opened against the company. Later the arbitration court also came to a conclusion that Pagercom Chelyabinsk performed "black" cashing in of means and avoidance of taxes.
In November, 2013 the name of Anton Sharikov also appeared in news about the tender for purchase of servers by its department for the amount about 18 million rubles. The Triant-M company which name of the founder and the address matched similar data Pagercom Chelyabinsk became the winner of these tenders.
On January 24, 2014, only several months later after Sharikov's appointment the IT minister, the government of Chelyabinsk region announced that duties of the head of department now again are fulfilled by Alexander Kozlov. He took a similar position before appointment of Anton Sharikov as the minister, and after - a position of the first deputy minister.
It should be noted that earlier in January, 2014 the Russian President ahead of schedule dismissed the governor of Chelyabinsk region Mikhail Yurevich.Boris Dubrovsky was appointed the acting as the governor. After that in addition to the Ministry of information technologies and communication staff movements of the highest level also happened, for example, in the Ministry of the industry and natural resources of the region and also in the Ministry of radiation and environmental safety.
