Roskor (ETLA (e-document flow))

Specialists of Roskor company finished an implementation project of the Electronic document management system of ETLA.

The management Roskor made the decision on full automation of work with documents and instructions in the company. Search of suitable EDMS was the first stage of the project. After market research of electronic document management systems the management stopped the choice on the solution of Atlas Soft company as this system completely approached under the set requirements.

Existence was the main requirement when choosing a system:

• full-function electronic archive of documents;
• sharing, both normal ("thick") client application, and "web client";
• independent implementation and setup of a system;
• full automation of processing of the entering and outgoing documentation;
• approval module agreements;
• control of performing discipline;
• automation of work with partners of the company.

Specialists of the customer planned the maximum use of systems capabilities of ETLA, including:

• the full-fledged electronic archive of documents allowing to store all documents of the organization in the structured type using folders as a basic element of structuring with the separated access rights of users;
• powerful and convenient searching tool of documents on any its attributes;
• work with document templates;
• full automation of work with the entering, outgoing and internal documentation;
• approval of different documents;
• automatic structuring, placement, naming and numberings of objects (cards of documents and cards of freeform objects);
• mailing of documents for acquaintance and task performance control;
• scanning of documents with automatic recognition of document attributes.

Also, existence in the system of additional resources of data protection was great advantage, namely: enciphering of a communication channel modern ciphers, asymmetric cipher RSA 1024 and symmetric cipher AES 256.

After input of a system in trial operation, in addition to full-function electronic archive the customer received a system which allowed to automate work internal business of processes of the company, such as:

• approval of creation of the agreement;
• approval of orders/resolutions;
• control of accomplishment of instructions;
• processing of the entering and outgoing documentation.
