FEDERAL STATE UNITARY ENTERPRISE CENTRAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE CENTER (ETLA (E-DOCUMENT FLOW))

The Atlas Soft company completed implementation of EDMS ETLA in Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Central Research Institute Center.

Within upgrade of work of institute the management wanted to solve a problem of the organization of electronic internal office-work. As at institute a large number of the technical, regulating, project and personnel documentation, for reliable storage and quick search of required documents and also to arrange processes of approval of documents and to reduce costs of working time for their processing, the decision on creation of electronic archive and transition to electronic document management was made. As means of electronic archive and workflow automation EDMS ETLA was selected.

It was planned that system implementation will allow institute to create reliable electronic archive of documents, to reduce terms by approvals of documents and to minimize costs for work with paper documents.

In search of an optimal solution specialists of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Central Research Institute Center carried out market research and examined experience of implementation of workflow systems at other enterprises. Reliability, scalability, functionality of a system and also a possibility of fast and easy setup of a system under internal business processes were the main selection terms. Among a large number of developments in the field of EDMS the ETLA system provided by Atlas Soft company proved to be as the most appropriate solution.
