Skinkea will arrange business processes by implementation of CRM

On September 15, 2013 the Skinkea company completed implementation of the CRM system on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 platform.

Project Task

Due to business development there was a need to arrange business processes. Earlier specialists of the company used means of Microsoft Office for maintaining base of clients that led to errors, data loss, etc. The decision on implementation of CRM is caused also by the high competition in the market.

For project implementation selected NORBIT company - it proposed the solution on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 platform.

The customer delivered before specialists of NORBIT of a task:

• centralization of the customer base with the complete information about the client, including hierarchy of holdings of the customer and structure of decision-making,
• receiving instrument of control and sales management,
• receiving instruments of operational monitoring of key indicators of sales.

Project Progress

Specialists of NORBIT company implemented the CRM system, created the convenient centralized customer base. Despite complexity, the project is implemented within one month.

Project Results

The customer had an opportunity of planning and sales management, conducting processes of marketing (mailings, actions invitations), efficiency analysis of employees, planning of business trips. For October 9 in a system 50 users work.
