Transfers to reporting documentation of school of St. Petersburg to an electronic form
Task
For increase in speed and efficiency of work with documents, the management of school No. 347 with profound studying of the English St. Petersburg, the decision to implement the system of electronic Archive of documents with basic controls was made. For this purpose the Atlas Soft company proposed the solution in the form of the system of electronic archive with the built-in modules of contract management and the module of control of execution of documents.
Selection
As a result of assessment of several systems of electronic archive of documents the Etla software product developed by Atlas Soft company was selected. The flexibility of a system and completeness of the delivery became one of the main factors which defined such solution.
Project Progress
Now using the Etla system formation of electronic archive of documents and registration of the entering and outgoing current correspondence, contract management, control of execution of documents is performed and also storage and online access, as to internal, and accounting documents is provided. Thanks to the built-in tools, implementation was performed without involvement of specialists of Atlas Soft company.
Project Results
According to representatives of school, installation of Etla archive already allowed to get rid of storage of the current reporting documents in paper form, having transferred them to an electronic form, using the legally significant EDS.
Also, time spent for search and document handling was several times reduced, and the control system of performing discipline reduced quantity of overdue instructions and tasks more than twice. As a result there was a substantial increase of efficiency of work with documents in comparison with "paper technologies". Further it is going to release the spaces occupied by paper documents due to their transfer to an electronic form.
