The administration of the city settlement of Solnechnogorsk implements EDMS

On October 14, 2013 the EOS Group company announced "MATTER" in administration of the city settlement of Solnechnogorsk the beginning of preparation for an implementation project of an electronic document management system. The project is implemented by Unicsoft company.

Project Tasks

The main task which, according to requirements of the customer, a system – technological support of paperless document flow with further use of the legally significant electronic signature should solve. The first-priority purposes which are supposed to be reached in the project progress: improvement of technology of work with documents, ensuring necessary visualization in passing of office correspondence and increase in performing discipline.

Project Progress

The company contractor started preproject inspection of document flow and wiring design of EDMS, preparation for installation of jobs of the CASE system and additional subsystems.

Administration of Solnechnogorsk purchased 6 licenses EDMS "CASE", the server license for a subsystem "Delo-Web", the options "Line Scanning" and "Search in a Barcode", 31 licenses for a subsystem "Delo-Web" and also a number of additional options and the necessary equipment (the line scanner, a thermal printer, the barcode scanner). The project provides user training to the basics of a system.

Project Plans

According to the results of implementation of EDMS the customer is going to solve a number of problems:

• organize effective control behind course of execution of documents and instructions that will provide reduction of terms of passing of documents and improvement of performing discipline;
• simplify routes of passing of documents, increase efficiency and quality of work of contractors with documents;
• provide a possibility of collective work with documents at achievement of high degree of its independence of personal qualities of personnel due to automatic exercise of the majority of formal procedures;
• reduce time and material costs in course of execution and passings of documents;
• provide reliability and authenticity of the documents transferred in electronic form, efficiency of finishing them to the contractor;
• increase efficiency of preparation of research opinions and reports on course of execution of documents.
