Conterra FIM - business solution on the platform ECM- the Orienge systems Conterra. It is directed to increase in efficiency of processing, approval, a statement, payment and the analysis of the entering accounts.

Specific Features

Features of Conterra FIM (Conterra Financial Information Management) expand functionality and facilitate work with the solution:

• the solution is constructed on the flexible IS-Builder platform, is easily configured under specific tasks, integrated with ERP- and the accounting systems, with service of capture and recognition of the documents ABBYY FlexiCapture;
• three editions of a system (Standard, Advanced and Enterprise) allow the client to understand the transparent principles of pricing, to select structure of the solution, profitable at the current stage, with perspective of its development;
• work in Conterra FIM (including, administration) is performed by means of the web client who has the interface adapted for work with accounts, in particular, simultaneous viewing a card and the text of the document is available to the user;
• Web client of Conterra FIM
• a system can be developed both in standard (on-premise), and in cloud (IaaS) option;
• implementation takes place with the minimum participation of IT service of the customer in short terms.

The maximum effect of the solution - at averages and large volumes of the entering documentation (from 1000 accounts a month), with participation in process of approval of fifteen and more specialists.
