EVRAZ of KGOK upgrades metering stations of thermal energy of the Kachkanar combined heat and power plant

On October 14, 2013 R.V.S. company announced the project of upgrade of metering stations of thermal energy, joint about EVRAZ of KGOK, and the heat carrier of branch Kachkanar combined heat and power plant.

Project Task

Main goal – increase in accuracy of measurements and creation further the automated system of commercial accounting of thermal energy (ASCATE) for calculations for the released thermal energy and the heat carrier with external partners.

Project plan

In the project progress it is necessary to upgrade five metering stations on the giving, return and feeding pipelines of the Kachkanar combined heat and power plant. Specialists of the engineering company of R.V.S. will mount metering stations of thermal energy from which automatic data transmission on the central thermal board of combined heat and power plant and in an information system of the station will be conducted.

On each of the upgraded metering stations of a source of heat using devices operating time of devices of metering station, the released thermal energy, weight (or volume) the heat carrier, hourly average and average daily values of temperature, heat carrier pressure will be registered.
