THE SARATOV COMPANY PKP TEPLOSFERA LLC STARTED EXPANSION OF USE OF DOCUMENT FLOW ETLA

The PKP Teplosfera LLC enterprise was founded in 2001. Development of the company was performed on the way from provision of services on repair and maintenance of industrial boiler houses before release of own products.
One of priority tasks of PKP "Teplosfera" – permanent improvement of the technologies allowing to offer partners the solution of any tasks in the field of heat-and-power engineeering. The company dynamically develops and plans expansion of a circle of partners in all territory of the Russian Federation, making use of the accumulated experience and permanently high reputation that involves need to increase efficiency of all divisions of the company.
Project Tasks
Until recently work in this direction was complicated by a large number of paper documentation and lack of the automated process of circulation of documents between divisions of the company.
As a result in PKP "Teplosfera" the need for system implementation which would allow to automate completely document flow and interaction in the company ripened.
Project Progress
As a result by company management it was headed for the choice of an electronic document management system. Among the main selection terms of a system there was a ratio the price quality and also its flexibility – i.e. an opportunity to adapt it for the solution of constantly changing tasks. Special attention was paid on a possibility of remote work on installation and setup of a system. The electronic document management system of ETLA which corresponded to all above-mentioned criteria was as a result selected.
Project Result
The first stage of implementation of EDMS ETLA in PKP "Teplosfera" was performed in March, 2011. In the course of implementation work with all documentation was automated and operating control of the direction of business processes of the company is adjusted.
Today there is an additional automation of work of legal department of the company.
