The CTI company developed, certified and provided in IT market of the Republic of Kazakhstan a specialized recording system of a voice in contact centers at the request of CTI Verint Recording.

Recording system of CTI Verint Recording - a hardware and software system which writes negotiations of the operator in contact centers, previously notifying the client on the made record. At the same time the notification cannot be disconnected by users or system administrators, or is changed in use. Existence of this function is dictated by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

For ensuring record of a voice the checked solution Verint Impact 360 Recording is used, and functions of the forced and not turned off informing are provided by the hardware-software module of the notification Announcer. Both subsystems form a whole with centralized operation.

The product Verint is the solution for the companies of all levels and scales working with customers.
