Aldanzoloto completed implementation of EDMS

On October 16, 2013 the ECMGroup.Pro company announced the beginning of an implementation project in JSC Aldanzoloto of GRK of an electronic document management system on the Docsvision 5.1 platform.

Project Task

Project objective - increase in effective management of the enterprise and high-quality improvement of operational business processes. As the contractor the ECMGroup.Pro company is selected. To a system it is going to connect about 100 users.

Project Plans

Within the project it is necessary to solve a number of tasks, relevant for Aldanzoloto company: reduce turnover of paper documents, exclude risk of their loss or loss.

Introduction of an electronic document management system will promote operational obtaining information on what documents and in what terms are processed in the company. Constant and operating control will increase, the performing discipline will increase, time for acceptance of management decisions will be reduced, the quality of a company performance in general will increase. Creation of uniform information archive taking into account requirements of the security policy and providing access admitted to the companies is planned.

Project Results

On April 17, 2014 it became known of project completion of workflow automation and office-work in JSC Aldanzoloto of GRK".

System implementation of electronic document management on the Docsvision 5 platform Aldanzoloto of GRK" received the modern efficient management tool processes of the enterprise with all necessary functions, the intuitive and logical interface, flexible configurations.

The planned results are achieved:

• processing of the majority of documents of the company is automated:
  • entering,
  • outgoing correspondence,
  • internal documents,
  • organizational and administrative document flow and agreements.

Problems of reduction of turnover of paper documents with an exception of risk of their loss, cost reduction for their processing, settings of process of control of execution of instructions are solved.

Specialists of ECMGroup.pro implemented own technology of approval (documents, cards and in general freeform objects). The main features of this solution are concluded in ample opportunities of setup under specific objectives and universality at its reliability, high high-speed performance and the interface simplicity.

About 50 users will work at the initial stage of the project in a system at the same time.
