UBT-Ural Carriage-Building Plant expands use of EDMS Etla

On January 19, 2018 the JSC Uralskaya Bolshegruznaya Tekhnika-Ural Carriage-Building Plant company announced expansion of use of an electronic document management system and business process management, having upgraded the workflow systems Etla 6 to the next version.

After implementation in 2011 of a number of business processing of the entering, outgoing and internal documents of the general department UBT-Ural Carriage-Building Plant, the Etla system, on a withdrawal of the company, proved as the reliable, powerful and convenient instrument of automation of work with documents. After replacement of the leadership UBT-Ural Carriage-Building Plant in 2017 the decision on expansion of use of the workflow system for automation of approval of draft agreements on purchase sale of railway equipment and spare parts was made. Transition to the next version of the workflow system Etla 6 was for this purpose performed. During implementation of the module of work with agreements the mechanism of automatic data integration with accounting of the company was created and also the subsystem of work with partners is configured and entered into work.

Transition to the next version of a system allowed to simplify UBT-Ural Carriage-Building Plant and many times to accelerate formation and approval of agreements and also to build a control system of passing of process of approval and control of performance of agreements. Further it is going to automate the maximum number of the existing business processes of the company and also to perform integration of EDMS Etla with other information systems, for the purpose of receiving a common information space of the company.

The UBT-Ural Carriage-Building Plant Ltd company is an affiliated enterprise JSC Nauchno-proizvodstvennoy korporatsii Ural Carriage-Building Plant of the unique diversified machine-building complex issuing more than hundred names of different products: gondola cars are all-metal, cars specialized, railway tanks, and, of course, the T-90C tanks.

UBT-Ural Carriage-Building Plant Ltd was formed in 2002, now is the largest supplier in Russia of products of the train, implements the road-building special equipment, also "UBT" performs the wholesale supplies of fuel and lubricants.

The geography of dealers and partners includes all Russia from Kaliningrad to Khabarovsk, and also Ukraine and Kazakhstan, the countries of the Baltics.

The main objective of system implementation of "Etla" is full automation of work with documents from a stage of creation of the document before its entering in archive.
