JSC Ruskobank optimized work with documents in EDMS ETLA

October 02, 2015. The JSC Ruskobank company reported^[1] on optimization of work with documents in EDMS ETLA.

Goals and Objectives

At the end of 2014 the department of information technologies of bank set the task of transfer of archive of documents in Etla electronic document management system.

Existence in it of full-function archive of documents with a possibility of building of any structure of storage is the main advantage of the choice as storage system of archive documents of EDMS Etla.

Result

The Etla system allowed to interact with any information systems very easily. As the gateway of such interaction the module of integration into third-party applications which allows to automate import and export of documents with attributes of a card in the XML format is used and also to automate start of the user scripts on the system server.

This project for specialists of Atlas Soft was very non-standard as they had to sort independently a database structure of old storage system and on the basis of the acquired information to create a flow of the data imported to EDMS Etla.

As a result the help of this module of integration made transfer "Entering" and Outgoing documents, "Orders on OD", Orders and Powers of attorney and their cards for the last 12 years and also reference books and reports.

As a result of successful accomplishment of this project JSC Ruskobank received economy of means and simplification of work of employees of the bank with all document file, due to failure from use of additional storage system of documents, having transferred its tasks in EDMS ETLA.
