On October 17, 2013 the Weathervane Sale company announced implementation of Call center of Infinity in the Life Fudservice Is Twisted trading company.

Project Tasks

Project objective - the organization of control over activity of employees and loss minimization of incoming calls.

"In the company the service center from eight employees who answer calls of clients works. They accept, process, if necessary, correct and supplement orders, - Ilya Konovalov, the system administrator noted. - The functionality of automatic telephone exchange did not suit us since at the same time there is no opportunity to keep complex account of work of employees. For us it was important to estimate their efficiency. For example, one employee can process for a month of 237 calls, and another only 186. There was a wish to see objective indicators of work of operators and also to minimize losses of incoming calls of clients".

The management of Dolce vita considered several options of contact centers. The solution Infinity is selected.

Project Progress

Implementation took about three weeks.

Project Results

For October 17, 2013 the staff of customer company completely switched to the new software product.
