The GAZ Groups automobile works implements the system of exchange of production data

On October 17, 2013 assino announced implementation on Gorky Automobile Plant of GAZ Group of the Seeburger platform for exchange of production data.

Project Tasks

The automobile building holding of Russia GAZ Group actively cooperates with foreign car makers. Among programs of interaction there is implementation of the Russian-German project on the organization of contract manufacturing of cars at capacities of Gorky Automobile Plant.

For exchange of production data between partners, the Business Integration Server (BIS) platform is selected from the format accepted in world automotive industry. It is entrusted to implement the product Seeburger BIS 6 Express Automotive profile adapted for requirements of automotive industry assino companies.

Project Progress

For protection of strategically important data of the customer specialists of assino configured their transfer on the encoded channel OFTP2 with the international certificate OSCAR (Odette-Standards). At this stage of the assino project provided interaction of commands from Russia (GAZ Group), Germany (the partner of GAZ Group) and Great Britain (Odette OSCAR).

At the final stage of the project specialists of assino reported documentation on an installed system made by them in Russian and provided training of IT specialists for quick start of a system in operation.

Project Results

Specialists of GAZ Group brought a system into commercial operation and complemented it with hands-off processing of the data obtained through a system.
