New in a system
Text and Sms usually are implemented as the applications independent of the general communication infrastructure of the enterprise — they just go from one mobile device to another. Avaya Messaging Service expands applicability of Sms, allowing to send and accept them on any smartphones, tablets, notebooks and desktop devices, implementing text communications through uniform number. Transmitting text messages through corporate network, AMS provides them the same security level, compatibility and qualities which the companies receive when using e-mail.
