The international center of Lomonosov Moscow State University begins optimization of internal business processes

On October 18, 2013 the Comindware company announced the beginning of the project of optimization of internal business processes directed to increase in efficiency of activity of the International center MSU by means of the solution Comindware Tracker.

Project Objectives

The international center MSU-MTsL met difficulties in management of the key processes of the activity connected with the organization of interaction of employees by preparation of training events. For increase in efficiency of control and transparency of joint processes and the Center projects selected the solution Comindware Tracker.

"Using Comindware Tracker we are going to increase efficiency of interaction of geographically distributed staff of MTsL due to increase in transparency of business processes and joint work in real time. It will allow the center to reduce time expenditure by accomplishment of standard actions and to lower costs, having increased at the same time quality of the organization of learning processes" — Tamirlan Gasanov, the president of the International center Lomonosov Moscow State University noted.
