AT Consulting will create the new website for the Ministry of Health

In October, 2013 the Ministry of Health announced signing of the contract on creation of the new official site of department. It is going to start the new portal in December, 2013, and its development will cost department 6 million rubles.

The Ministry of Health notes that the new website "it will be information saturated and convenient in use", with minimum "depth" of search and also will allow to keep in a permanent feedback with visitors. The people asking in the ministry the questions will be able to keep track of the fate of the statement in a personal account, and professional physicians - to participate in discussion of the preparing regulations.

The new website of the Ministry of Health will be integrated from the EDMS which is used in department to provide an opportunity to obtain from it information on the citizens' appeals and the organizations directed from Personal account and also to send to EDMS information on the appeals sent to the ministry using an interactive form in appropriate section of the portal.

The functionality of the new website will also include an opportunity to hold online conferences with participation of representatives of the Ministry of Health and the users registered on the portal and also - to publish electronic petitions with an opportunity for users to leave comments on them to vote for their relevance.

Works on creation of the new website for the Ministry of Health will be performed by AT Consulting. This company acts as subcontractor of Rostelecom within the project on development of the uniform portal of state services in 2013. Performed works on this AT Consulting portal and earlier.

The Ministry of Health noted that the offer of AT Consulting on the tender for creation of the new website of the ministry was one of the most expensive and also – that experience of accomplishment of similar works on creation of "A personal account of the patient" integrated into Electronic government was one of key criteria on selection of the winner company.

It should be noted that the maximum price of the contract for creation of the website was determined in the amount of 25 million rubles that caused complaints of senator Ruslan Gattarov who considered this amount overestimated and addressed the management of department concerning its decrease.
